JetExclusive.nl is an informational website. Jet Exclusive does not own or operate any aircraft or air charter operators and is not a direct or indirect air carrier. All flight arrangements for any quote request sent using this site will be contracted directly between customer and third-party charter jet operators and/or brokers. Jet Exclusive will not be a party to these contracts.
For empty leg and one-way requests, for information requests directed to a particular charter operator or aircraft for charter listed in the Jet Exclusive directory, and/or for any aircraft sales requests, your information will be sent to the particular charter operator, charter broker or aircraft sales agent whose information appears in the Jet Exclusive database.
In the unlikely event of a substantial increase in fuel costs, between the Base Date of the agreement and the date of Flight operation, the client may be required to pay to Jet Exclusive such amount as shall fully compensate Jet Exclusive for such increase.CANCELLATION
If the client wishes to cancel any flight or flights, the following cancellation charges shall be paid forthwith by the client to Jet Exclusive as agreed compensation:
10% of the Charter Price if cancelled more than 7 days prior to departure
25% of the Charter Price if cancelled less than 7 days but more than 48 hours prior to departure
50% of the Charter Price if cancelled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to departure
100% of the Charter Price if cancelled within 24 hours of departure.
Note: date of positioning flight is considered as date of departure (this may not always be the day of YOUR departure as it is occasionally necessary to position the previous day, to accommodate early departures, crew duty etc)
